An exciting piece of history was unearthed at St Peter's School during the recent PTA Groundforce Day as a World War II bunker, specifically a Stanion shelter, was discovered on the school grounds. The site manager confirmed that the bunker had remained untouched for over 40 years.

The Site Manager said, "This unexpected find has created a wave of excitement amongst our pupils and the wider school community. It's a wonderful opportunity to dive into history right in our backyard."
