Declaration

We request that the name of the above-named child be registered AND we will call the school to make payment for the non-refundable registration fee of £60

Registration of our child as a prospective pupil does not secure our child a place at the Nursery.

The Nursery and School may process personal data about our child, including sensitive personal data such as medical details, for the purpose of administering its list of prospective pupils and administering its selection procedures and we consent to the processing of our child’s personal data (including sensitive personal data) for these purposes.

In the event that our child is offered a place at the Nursery such an offer will be subject to the Nursery and School’s terms and conditions for the provision of educational services, which will bind us in the event that we accept the place.

Uniform in the Nursery is advisable but not compulsory. Regular and punctual attendance is required except in cases of illness or absences previously approved by the Headteacher and our safeguarding procedures require that we follow up on absences if the reason is unknown.

We acknowledge that In accordance with the Nursery and School’s terms and conditions of entry, fees are due in accordance with the document entitled ‘Payment of Fees and Invoiced Charges’ contained in the Joining Pack. Should circumstances arise that require us to withdraw our child from the Nursery, we will give six term weeks notice in writing.

All cases of infectious of contagious illness must be notified to the Headteacher immediately.

Upon admission to St Peter’s School or Sunnylands Nursery, pupil records will be requested from the child’s previous Nursery as applicable.

I give permission for the School and/or Nursery to seek any necessary medical or emergency advice for my child whilst he/she is in the care of the School or Nursery.
