The children made bunting, listened to 1940's music, made classic carrot cake and drank tea on the lawn with Mr Holmes as they learnt about and celebrated the events of VE Day. The whole school joined Mr Thomas in a special VE Day assembly and a true Blitzed spirit bought the whole community together. Well done St Peter's School community for remaining positive and working together during these strange times. In the words of Vera Lynn - "We'll meet again."
