This evening, our School Choir were proud to take part in the Kettering Town Carol Service A traditional service of lessons and carols, open to all, celebrating the festive season with much-loved favourites and wonderful music. A very special end-of-term treat for our Preschool children, who enjoyed a visit to the park this week We're incredibly fortunate to be a town-centre school, surrounded by so many wonderful local amenities. Trips like this offer rich learning opportunities, from exploring the environment to developing independence and confidence. On this occasion, the focus was on something very important: learning how to walk safely into town. Practical, real-world learning at its best

We're delighted to share that three Christmas singles have been released this festive season, all recorded live at our Carol Service and celebrating the very best of our school and wider community. Do head down to St Andrews Church this festive season to check out the St Peter's School tree. Every child designed and decorated a Christmas shoe for our William Timpson themed tree. There are over 20 trees in the church decorated by local schools, groups, businesses and charities
A huge thank you to our Year 6 pupils, who led the Nine Lessons and Carols so beautifully. From welcoming parents, to delivering readings, to leading the singing with confidence and poise; you were outstanding. Excellent role models and true leaders of our school. What a magical day out for the whole school! Pupils enjoyed a fabulous trip to Wellingborough Castle Theatre to watch Beauty and the Beast. From laughter and boos to gasps and cheers, it was wonderful to see every child from Reception to Year 6 completely captivated by the magic of live theatre. A brilliant festive memory for all!
Our wonderful Year 5 pupils visited Elm Bank Care Home this week to spread festive cheer through carol singing. The children sang beautifully and were rewarded with smiles, laughter and plenty of Christmas spirit. A truly heart-warming afternoon of community, kindness and joy.
